62 Bedroom Hotel Opens at Formby Hall

Phase 1 of our £10million re-development has been completed and we have welcomed our first guests to the luxury 4* hotel. Featuring a mix of spacious guest rooms and luxurious suites, the hotel forms a key part of the UK’s only PGA (Professional Golfer’s Association) endorsed residential golf academy.

Latest Developments at the Resort

After a £10million investment our transformation into the UK’s only PGA national residential golf academy is nearly complete. The Cocktail and Sports Bars along with the Restaurant have been refurbished, the hotel has welcomed its first guests gaining rave reviews, and the excellent conferencing facilities with state-of-the-art technology will be available from early February 2008.

New golf facilities:The PGA golf academy is set to open in Spring and will include a new driving range, computerised swing analysis technology ,a new Golf shop and a world class nine-hole par three course.

Spa & Leisure Facilities: If you’re looking to be pampered, unwind or get active off the golf course then you can do so at our luxury spa and leisure club set to open in April. We will be offering all the latest spa treatments as well as some that are unique to Formby Hall.
