The Formby Hall Health and Fitness Club is available for you to use throughout the day and is open to hotel guests, golf visitors and soon we will be offering you the chance to start a membership for our Health and Fitness Club.

Why not visit the Formby Hall Health and Fitness Club for an after-work or early morning work out. If that is not for you, you can always use our Health and Fitness Club to get into relax mode by spending the day with us.

Within our Health and Fitness Club we have a spacious gymnasium which features the very latest toning and shaping equipment. Our trained staff will be glad to tailor a fitness programme to your particular needs so that you can use our Health and Fitness Club to its full potential.
