Merseyside's Best Young Golfer

To coincide with the opening of the UK’s first PGA national residential golf academy, Formby Hall Golf Resort & Spa is launching a search to find Merseyside’s best young golfer.

This is your opportunity to nominate individuals aged 12 and under for the chance to be named Merseyside’s best young golfer and present them with a learning experience they will never forget. But hurry, the competition closes on the 30th June 2008. The top 50 candidates will take part in a series of knock-out competitions at Formby Hall Golf Resort & Spa, the UK’s only PGA national residential golf academy, on 26th July. Nominees do not need any previous golfing experience, but should possess a willingness and dedication to learn.

The overall winner will receive expert tuition from the resort’s PGA professionals and equipment including golf clothing and clubs.
